We ("we", "our", or "us") operates the PrintWizard mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how the App collects, uses, and shares information. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The App is designed to be a privacy-friendly printing, scanning, and document management tool. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect any personal information directly from you.
The App does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any of the content you process, including documents, photos, notes, contact lists, scanned files, print history, or fax content. All such content is processed locally on your device.
The only information collected is collected automatically by third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) as described in Section 3 below.
2. PERMISSIONS WE REQUEST
To provide our features, the App requests the following permissions on your device:
- Camera: Used to scan documents using your device's camera. Images are processed locally on your device.
- Contacts: Used only when you choose to preview or print a contact list. Contact data is read at your request and is not stored or transmitted by the App.
- Storage / Photos & Videos / Audio: Used only when you choose to access or print your own files, images, and documents. These files remain on your device.
- Internet: Used to load advertisements and to allow access to files you open from cloud services (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive) through your device's system file picker.
All permissions are optional and used only to provide the requested feature. You can manage or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES - ADVERTISING
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Google may collect information such as your advertising ID, device information, IP address, and usage data in order to serve and measure ads. This data is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information only in the following ways:
- To operate and provide the features of the App (processing happens locally on your device).
- To display advertisements through Google AdMob.
- To improve the overall quality and functionality of the App.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
5. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
Files, scanned documents, notes, and print history you create in the App are stored locally on your device only. We do not have servers, and we do not back up your content to any cloud service. Deleting the App or clearing its data will remove this locally stored content.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertisements served through Google AdMob may be filtered for families at the developer's discretion in the Google Play Console.
7. SECURITY
Because all of your content is stored and processed locally on your device, there is no transmission of your personal documents over the internet. We recommend that you keep your device's operating system and app updated for the best security.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
